For one of our Client which is well-known company in the area of engineering in Cracow, we are looking for candidates for the position of Operational Buyer with German.
Are you open for incoming challenges in customer service area? This is a great opportunity to lead off your professional career in international environment.
Location: CRACOW
Your daily responsibilities:
- Handling of the entire ordering process
- Tracking of deadlines in the ERP system for production and trade goods as well as services
- Support of the strategic supplier management (assistance in the search for new suppliers, qualification, monitoring and evaluation)
- Participation in the definition of key figures and reporting of key figures
- Solicitation of offers and preparation of offer comparisons
- Collaboration with the work preparation, logistics and production departments
- Designing and implementing process improvements and new supply chain strategies
- Assistance in optimization as well as reduction of inventory risks
- Support in cost optimization projects
Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement
- Advanced level of German (native speakers are welcomed)
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP system (such as Oracle or SAP)
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Good communication as well problem solving skills
- Professional attitude
