Opis stanowiska

• Bookkeeping in accordance to Polish accounting policies
• Issue of invoices
• Payment of expenses
• Month end closure and reconciliation
• Payroll, ZUS, VAT and Corporate tax preparation, computation, submission and execution of relevant payments
• Preparation of internal reports for the group’s consolidation purposes
• Communicate with local authorities and external partners whenever required
• Full support of employees  with their personal requirements: personal tax, social securities, VAT and other local responsibilities (computations, submissions and payments)

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

Wymagania

• University degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position with a focus on complicating with local authorities
• Knowledge of Polish VAT, Tax and Payroll legislation
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and GoogleDocs
• Fluency in the English and Polish languages, oral and written, knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian will be considered as an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Timely completion of all assigned tasks
• Strong analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Quick response to questions and queries
• Polish resident or legally authorized to work in Poland
