For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Learning Consultant – Teamcenter/ NX

Contract B2B via Hays PLRate: 110 -130 PLN/hStart Date: June 2024Project duration: First contract until the end of September 2024 with the possibility of extension until FY 2025Business working hours Remote work 100%

Must Have Skills:

• Teamcenter & Active Workspace installation
• Teamcenter & Active Workspace fundamentals
• Business Modeler administration
• NX foundation
• Designing parts in NX

What will you do:

• Predominantly remotely delivering training courses in the scope of Teamcenter, Active workspace or NX to external customers
• Supports the design and execution of enterprise learning and adoption programs for PLM or CAD that enable customers to minimize user adoption risks and to achieve superior adoption of the Digital Enterprise solution
• Applies adult learning strategies, Learning and adoption best practices to address the needs of customers’ user communities
• Actively participates in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development, and curation of the Learning and adoption best practices

What we expect from you:

• 4+ years of working experience in a similar or relevant role
• Bachelor39s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or other technical disciplines
• Background experience as a trainer from any relevant training industries (academic training or product training) with interest and passion to involve in delivering technical courses in PLM / CAD
• Background experience as PLM / CAD professional with interest and passion for teaching
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to handhold, resolve errors, answer queries from the class
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Teamcenter and/or NX solution technical knowledge or experience will be preferred
• Strong domain knowledge in PLM and/or CAD would be an advantage
• Good understanding of digital manufacturing IT system concepts will be a plus
• Willing to learn new things and proven as a fast learner
• Very good command of spoken and written English (min. B2)
