Java Developer (AWS, Microservices)

We are an international recruitment agency founded in 1987, present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in recruiting for permanent and temporary positions. Our headquarters are located in Poznań, and we also have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Wrocław.

Currently, we are looking for a Java Developer with AWS and Microservices and English language skills for one of our globally-reaching clients.

Java Developer (AWS, Microservices)

Workplace: Warszawa

Looking for an experienced Java or Spring Boot hands-on Technical Lead, with 5+ years of total experience (as primary skill).

You must have a minimum of 4 years of Microservices and 3 years of AWS developer level experience.

Must be able to work in the AWS cloud environment.

Requirements:

• 3 years of AWS development Cloud experience with hands on - EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch (not all is mandatory, but some is good)
• Experience in Terraform or Cloudformation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and collections.
• 5+ years of server-side software development experience
• Strong Spring experience with Spring Boot, Rest, JPA, Data
• Experience with application deployment using Jenkins or any other CI/CD tools, Docker
• Experience with database technologies (AWS DynamoDB, AWS RDS, MS SQL Server etc.)
• Experience with micro services architectures
• Experience developing RESTful services
• Solid expertise in building scalable, distributed, loosely coupled systems
• Experience with continuous integration, unit and integration testing
• Knowledge of AWS Lambda preferred.
• Knowledge of Scrum and agile principles
